Alana and Alyssa
Alana De La Garza is a beautiful actress that is leaving a mark on the small screen. Her parents are Mexican-American and Irish-American. Her birthplace was in Ohio's Columbus on December 26 in 1976. Then she began moving to Texas where she pursued an athletic therapy profession in the University of Texas. De La Garza stayed in Texas just a few months before moving into Orlando Florida. She took part in a wide range of acting roles, including local independent movies and commercials. Despite having small parts, De La Garza rapidly realized the passion she had for acting. She moved from New York and in 2001 she got her first acting gig on the daytime soap All My Children as Rosa Santos. In the beginning of 2000, she appeared in small roles in JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. Her first big series role was on the short-lived 2004 drama The Mountain. De La Garza had the pleasure of working with some outstanding TV actors like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggeggi. Her most well-known character was Law & Order, where she portrayed A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. The actress appeared on the show 85 times. Following a brief period, she was transferred onto Law & Order: LA. De La Garza was nominated numerous times for her performance, among them Best Supporting Actress in Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards. In addition, the National Hispanic Media Coalition awarded her with the Impact Award, which is given for outstanding performances in a drama television show. Just a few minutes later, De La Garza was cast for CSI Miami in a recurring character. She played Marisol Deko and was also the the wife of David Caruso's character Horatio. Her most recent TV appearance was in NBC's dramatic dark show Do No Harm as Dr. Lena Solis. Alyssa Milano was cancelled by NBC in the first two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. The younger brother Cory is 10 years younger than her. Milano was born into a relatively conservative and religious family. Milano launched her acting career when she was seven when her babysitter joined her in an audition. Out of more than a thousand applicants, she was chosen to be one of only four. Milano was featured in television advertisements, off-Broadway productions and Jane Eyre, the American premier of Jane Eyre.
